This US Benchmark was near Kintla Lake up in Glacier National Park in Montana. It is 4008 feet of elevation at the benchmark.
We can not just go to Glacier National Park and not activate it. We stayed one night at Bowman Lake which is a very touristy place that is off the beaten path. This place did not have any cellular service or Starlink internet service. I did end up using the GPS dongle to synchronize my FT8 clock on the computer. This bag is made out of cowhide, goat hide and beaver tail. Strap is 6-7 oz cowhide with an oval hand forged buckle with several place for adjustment. The flap has small scallops around it and is lined with cowhide. There is a small pocket on the inside and a decent sized gusset for extra room on the bottom of pouch. 9-10 stitches per inch on the flap. SOLD

This year was at a new location. It was across the street from the old location. Very nice accommodations and staff. Weather was another issue. The lowest temperature I saw was -13F air temperature with -39F windchill. Snow was all around and snow drifts caused parts of I-80 interstate to shut down.
