Old Mines Rendezvous Winter Shoot 2024

Old Mines, Missouri is a small little town situated kinda in the east-central part of Missouri. They also have a nice Black powder shoot there too. Here are some pictures that were from this event in February of 2024. Pictures were taken by my brother Earl.

Did a little (POTA) Parks On The Air activation yesterday afternoon on the way back from Caplinger Mills. Had Clifford with us so why not get his first activation out of the way with many more in the future to come. Stopped at Brush Creek Conservation Area (K-8278) just west of Humansville, MO. Pine Ridge Muzzleloader Fall Shoot 2021

I did pretty well in the Pine Ridge Muzzleloader shoot this fall in Huntsville, Missouri. There was about 30-ish shooters. I came in 2nd place in the smoothbore competition. They had 14 camps set up this time. Even had some people come in just to shoot. This is a small shoot compared to the one they host in the spring time!

Lewis & Clark Conservation Awards Celebration

The National Lewis & Clark Conservation Awards recognize individuals and organizations that lead the charge for the appreciation and conservation of our natural resources in Missouri and beyond.
